Technical co-founder of Promana People. Committed to providing individuals, coaches, and organisations with presence, performance and insights so they can chart their course in a complex world
You found my secret hideout! Your reward? To read a bit more about me!
My track record covers 30+ years building businesses, enabling digital transformation, and fostering growth through the use of innovative tech solutions, often underpinned by data-driven personal, professional and organisational development practices. I've done the yards, from hands-on tech to strategic business building, and I have a passion for empowering teams and individuals.
Promana brings out my passion for technology and people development, allowing us to present essential tools, like automated website builders, lead generation systems, bulk email services, booking engines, and finance management solutions — all designed to empower users to achieve their best and scale their businesses. The blend of those essentials with the human touch of coaching, mentoring and training, with access to independent experts from a vast array of disciplines, is what makes Promana unique.
Our suite of evidence-based behavioural assessments helps people to define where they stand right now, and how to chart a course to their chosen goal. Promana's value lies in its ability to act as an objective snapshot of people's point-in-time behaviours, a common reference point for collaborative personal development, and, as a guidance tool to aid them on their journey - whatever that path looks like.
Scale that up to organisational size and the mass effect gathers momentum: all manageable, all doable.
We deliberately created our suite to be relatable to everyday people, whilst avoiding connotations of good or bad. From the outset, we have focused on real-world, concrete behaviours, not abstract personality traits that might drive behavioural patterns. We chose criterion-referenced methodologies to construct our assessments, which predict what behaviours people will actually engage in.
People don't need to be academically trained to use our solutions; the clues are free to see all around us when you know how and where to look. As your mastery of our rich mine of information grows, you will discover new opportunities and approaches to build on current strengths and to encourage preferred behaviours.
