Vanessa Almeleh

As a heart-driven entrepreneur with 20+ years in the corporate art world, I set up my coaching practice in 2020. This came from the significant 1:1 mentoring I was doing with artists, helping them navigate both professional and personal challenges. I recognised a natural strength within me and decided to develop my communication skills to support individuals more effectively. By adding high quality training to this innate ability, I've created a career that feels truly aligned with who I am, which is both fulfilling and rewarding.

I am also a coach trainer for Stellar Conversations, where, as part of a small yet mighty team, I train leaders and managers in coaching skills so that they can have impactful conversations that ignite fresh thinking and growth in others. I also bring my experience of providing targeted support within all levels of business, having worked with individuals from 100+ companies internationally.

I hold an industry accredited diploma in transformational coaching with leading training body Animas and I’m also credentialed at ACC level by the International Coaching Federation (the gold standard in ethical coaching practices). I am a mental health first aider and I am a certified Mental Fitness Coach (supporting people’s emotional wellbeing).

What else? I’m experienced in coaching teenagers and regularly host workshops for my local High School around all things career choice. I love connecting young people with professionals of all types to spark new insights and relationships so they can move forward confidently into the working world.
