I’m Kimberley Moriarty, a wāhine Māori coach, here to hold space for deep personal reclamation.
I’m not an expert in mātauranga Māori—I’m still on my journey of reconnecting with my whakapapa, tikanga, and te ao Māori in an authentic way.
What I bring is: Lived experience, deep listening, and a commitment to holding space with integrity, warmth, and truth.
My Story
For years, I was disconnected from my own mana.
I sought validation outside of myself.
I repeated toxic patterns.
I carried intergenerational pain I didn’t yet have the tools—or the language—to name.
Everything shifted when I came across the Three Principles understanding. I started to truly listen to my own inner world. I realised: the truth was never outside of me. It was always within.
That realisation changed everything.
