LaShana West

I spent the early years of my career working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities where I learned the importance of having true compassion and engaging in servant leadership.

I earned my Certified Nurses Aide and Medication Aide certification, then started working more directly with at risk youth.

I have served in several positions within the Human Services and Social Services field; providing me with a wealth of experience in direct care, program evaluation, program restructuring, training and developing staff, ensuring quality management processes, and mastering an evidence-based teaching model to help families in the community. 

Partnering internally and externally has taught me the importance of teamwork and community engagement. These experiences also included consulting and managing employee relations.
