I bring Holistic Therapy and Healing to another level with Counselling, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, EMDR, NLP, EFT, Reiki, Somatic embodiment, Sound and Energetic Healing.

I provide safe spaces for people (women in particular) to unlock their true potential and stand in their element. Breaking through narcissistic, childhood trauma & generational trauma with therapeutic techniques & healing, guiding and teaching energetic and strategic shifts for them to quantum leap in their life and biz for ultimate success.

My core mission is to help women rebuild after narcissistic and emotionally abusive trauma. Their potential is infinite and whilst they can’t see it yet, I can and I hold this light in my work until they can. To become more then they ever dream of.
