Hello! I’m Brenda Pollack and I became a life coach and wellbeing trainer after over 35 years of working in the social and environmental sector. I live in Brighton but coach worldwide online.

The turning point for me becoming a life coach was when I became very ill a few years ago after a tsunami of circumstances including a very stressful situation at work, having an eye health issue and going through the menopause. This was my wake up call.

I’ve been on a journey of self-learning and change that led me to something new that has stretched my mind and enriched my life. I became a convert to coaching from having benefitted enormously from it myself. Alongside some mindfulness practices, coaching made me see the power I have to guide myself to be a happier and better person.

I absolutely love coaching and training people. I have found my purpose. I use a range of tools in my coaching and workshops – adapting these to suit each client or workplace.

I’m now able to help other people who are going through stress in their lives whether at work or at home.

I specialise in work related stress and anxiety as well as menopause related impacts on your life. However, I can coach on any issue that is bothering you, making you unhappy or where you feel you could be doing better or more with your life.

People say that I’m warm, insightful and help them see things they didn’t see before.
