Hello! I am Sarah Jayne and I am a Life Coach with a Specialised Interest in Self Worth. I believe that Self Worth is the key to unlock the door which enables us to have a beautiful relationship with ourselves, fulfilling relationships with others, pursue successful careers and prioritise our health
I am passionate regarding facilitating change and feel guided to lead others to the realisation that true loves starts internally first.
I believe my coaching is unique and my method is derived from my own personal and professional journey which has provided me with a wealth of wisdom and life experience. I have 13+ years experience in healthcare in particular leadership roles which I have learnt many skills regarding confidence, resilience and being less reactive and more proactive. In addition I have completed specialised training and certification in professional life coaching. As a Coach I feel I embody the qualities of kindness, compassion while also being non judgmental and person centred.
In life I believe we already know the answers however we aren't always self aware and don't fully believe in ourselves. I feel I can help guide towards Solutions!
