I am fuelled by the spirit of empowerment in all of my work. I have an energetic and straightforward approach. As a coach I am warm, playful and use my creativity to guide clients.. When facilitating I weave the process by using my spontaneity and ability to structure to bring participants on an engaging journey of self-discovery.
I have 15+ years of experience in operational delivery and implementing transformational change in multiple sectors as a leader and organisational consultant. Now I bring my past professional experience together with expert psychological knowledge, coaching and cutting edge learning & development tools which forms a multidisciplinary approach leading to empowerment, discovery and growth.
