 I am a professionally qualified transformative coach. That means that my coaching approach is holistic, and focused on the person in front of me. You. I have been a coach for almost a decade and a continuous improvement practitioner for longer than that. I work with people on a one-to-one basis and with teams. My area of expertise is lasting human behaviour & mindset change and systemic transformation. I am an Associate member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). My coaching practice is guided by the EMCC and ICF ethical guidelines. My educational background is in Psychology and Sociology. I've mainly worked with clients from Financial Services, IT, Energy Sector and Higher Education. Former athlete and martial arts practitioner, there is nothing that I bring to the coaching dojo that I haven't experimented on myself, first.
