I offer both 'pure' coaching and 'blended' coaching and consultancy services, depending on the client's needs and goals.
As a pure coach, I partner with C-suite executives, founders, and senior managers on improving their job, team, and personal performance, using a cross-disciplinary approach that adapts to their context and challenges.
As a blended coach/consultant, I combine professional coaching with delivery and operations consultancy, enabling clients to optimize their processes, tools, workflows, and structures, and to plan and execute successful projects and programmes using Agile Scrum and other methodologies - supplemented with coaching for the 'long tail' of helping people optimise their personal performance.
I hold multiple credentials and certifications in project management and coaching, and I am passionate about facilitating transformational change and helping people to thrive.
