Nicky Foster

After 20 years in Retail and a career break to raise my daughter, I took time to study and earn an Accredited Diploma in Coaching. Having been told early in my career that "I wouldn't amount to much" despite my talent as I was female and without a degree, I made it my ambition to prove I could achieve anything I set my mind on. I was appointed a Category Director at the UK’s leading Supermarket at the age of 34. 

My success came from worrying less about what I wasn't, and focusing on being clear about who I am and what unique contribution I had to share with the world around me. 

Through authenticity, some vulnerability and lots of courage, I got comfortable with just being me and from there, the sky was the limit! 

Throughout my journey I've always felt a passion to help others that know in their hearts they can make it, make it....despite any challenges they may face. 

So this chapter is about my next personal challenge, building something from scratch, for me, that helps inspire others who feel as once as I did, to find their inner clarity and unlock their potential.
