I'm passionate about helping people live a life they are capable of and deserve. Sometimes we just go with the flow and life just happens, leaving us stressed, exhausted and without the motivation to change. I know I've been there - but once I took control of my thoughts and actions, I changed my career to do something that I know can make a real difference to people's lives. I have coached people who need support evolving their career and want to understand what they are capable of are feeling lost because they've achieved everything they wanted to and don't know where to go next their kids have grown up and flown the nest and are not sure who they are anymore. judging their lives on someone else's version of success and not their own love their job but are totally overwhelmed by it to feel any joy from it
