Cathy Manning

I am a consultant and coach with nearly two decades of experience in transformational change at individual, team, and organisational levels. Specialising in designing and delivering immersive, experiential journeys, I enable leaders and organisations to achieve meaningful shifts in mindset, behaviour, practices, and impact.

I am highly adaptable and have partnered with a diverse range of organisations, including global corporations, FTSE 100 companies, and public sector bodies. My experience spans working with global leaders in snack foods and consumer goods. I have also partnered with logistics and supply chain providers, global and UK—based telecommunications giants including FTSE 100 organisations, and a public sector infrastructure provider. Additionally, I have worked with a construction and building materials company, part of a global corporation and a leading technology company specialising in innovative content platforms. I have also delivered projects within local government and UK-based public sector organisations.

Fueled by a deep curiosity about human potential and change, I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Transactional Analysis & Integrative Psychotherapy to deepen my understanding of how we grow, evolve, and thrive.
