Rachel Thoms

My name is Rachel Thoms and I support organizations, teams and individuals to discover and realize their potential and possibilities. I am fascinated by human behaviour and always looking for opportunities to help people understand their behaviour and actions and to realise their ambitions and wishes. That is the common thread in my career and that is simply what drives me.

In my professional career I have worked internationally (Shell, Accenture, KPN) in change management consulting, in various HR and leadership roles and as a coach. Through studies and training I have further developed myself and specialized in human resource management and development (Msc), change management, coaching, counseling and psychology at the Dutch Academy of Psychotherapy and Henley Business School.

Originally I am from Stratford upon Avon (UK) and I came to the Netherlands in 1996 to work as an expatriate. I am married and proud mother of four teenage children.

I coach clients in the English and Dutch language.
