My passion in coaching is about helping people to discover who they are, what it is that they really want, and how to make those dreams a reality. First of all, through increasing your understanding of yourself. You will get an opportunity not only to reflect on your choices, but we'll use powerful dialogue and embodied practices to help you explore more deeply, beyond the level you're usually thinking about yourself. Using information stored in our body is a very powerful way to move forward - it helps us get in touch with parts of ourselves we don't normally listen to. Body has its own repertoire of wisdom and stored experience, and if we ignore that - our emotional and behavioural patterns often sabotage the progress our mind tells us we want to make. You will also learn to trust your intuition and discern more clearly what it is that you truly want from life, as opposed to automatically accepting all the messages you got from other people and our cultural conditioning. With the increased ability to trust yourself, and with new tools to tackle challenges that haunted you so far, you'll also likely to experience increase in your confidence and self-esteem. Then we can explore the options you have for taking action and create a plan that will make it possible to reach your goals. The depth of transformation you're going to experience depends on your willingness and we can discuss what level of working best meets your current desires. I work with people on a range of different topics, including but not limited to: confidence & self-esteem stress reduction, increasing resilience life transitions and making decisions designing your career or making transition to self-employment becoming and growing as an artist managing your energy, finding balance navigating your life as a multipotentialite finding your purpose and making life meaningful spiritual journey I use a mix of approaches, drawing on years of experience and trainings. The way we work will be shaped by your preferences and the choice of what may work best in your situation. Those include: coaching questions & models cognitive-behavioural techniques embodiment practices, including body awareness & movement art-therapy mindfulness yoga visualisations and meditations I also draw from my acting training and experience as a writer
