I work with organisations to help support the culture of true team work giving all its employees a voice through connection and communication, enabling each team member at every level to feel valued, trusted, respected and supported. I am a ‘thinking partner’ with leaders, entrepreneurs, founders and team members looking to improve the overall performance of their business or personal career development. I am a natural empath, compassionate and very intuitive, helping clients identify and develop their strengths, minimise any weaknesses and work through any self limiting beliefs, enabling them to step outside their comfort zone. I create a calm safe space for exploration, reflection and challenge. I become their thinking partner. With a long career in senior management, running my own business and creating a fashion brand I am as comfortable working with senior leaders as I am with young people still working out what they would like their future to hold.
