There are 3 key areas of passion driving my journey - ongoing professional learning in leadership, personalised design of targeted professional learning for leaders, and coaching to support and grow leaders to be their best for their personal responsibility and organisation.
As a professed ‘pracademic’ utilising current research with coaching, I am skilled at supporting leaders in connecting the dots in their practice, identifying their gaps and strengthening leadership practice. In brief, I help them see the opportunity for growth, see the light through the trees, role model excellent leadership and get ‘stuff’ done proactively.
Everyone is a leader, whether it is personal leadership, leadership of a specific task or role, or leadership as a servant to others. Leadership can be present in all ages so open the door to those not just at the top of an organisation but to all, as this will provide strength and growth for organisations and teams.
