About this report
The factors and behaviours in this report are based primarily on ten well-known principles of strategy and tactics. In effect, these principles describe what people do (or will do) to get what they want.
As well as the basic ten precepts, two further factors are added. These factors ‘Set Priorities’ and ‘Evaluate Results’, serve to put these action principles into context for Kim.

Kim tends to look for easier ways to Economise Effort, get results and extract value from the use of their time. They seek help and (if appropriate to their role) will probably delegate if possible. They usually take the line of least resistance to resolve issues.

They can be somewhat inclined to Act Assertively. They also have the ability to see (and more often than not they accept) other people’s points of view. They are more likely to withhold stating their own position under most circumstances. But, if those circumstances allow it, Kim does have capacity to act, confront conflict and bring issues to a head.

To some extent Kim doesn’t Use Surprise to exploit people or situations, and they often prefer to act fairly openly. But - under the right conditions - they can seek out, create or take those opportunities to move and act quickly.

Moving on to Kim’s inclination to Manage Morale, it’s apparent that they contribute to a reasonable degree to the feelings of success and wellbeing in the group, team or organisation. Usually calm and in good spirits, they can show concern for morale, and they support and encourage others.

Kim is moderately inclined to Administer things. On balance they’re generally less likely to put effort into getting organised before starting anything and they may also resist being organised by others. However, when it’s appropriate they do have the capacity to coordinate and be systematic.

Kim adjusts fairly quickly to changing situations, and they have the ability to Be Flexible enough to shift their effort to cope with newly identified needs. They can juggle activities if necessary to fit things in and make better use of opportunities.

Lastly, when the time comes to Evaluate Results Kim indicates that they often make a valuable contribution, and usually seeks to sustain their performance at a good standard. They see that results come from effective self-management and positive action.
